# Privacy Policy for ZeroG Odyssey

**Effective Date:** September 26, 2026
**Last Updated:** September 26, 2026

Thank you for playing ZeroG Odyssey ("the Game", "we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding data collection, usage, and disclosure when you use our mobile application on iOS, iPadOS, and macOS.

ZeroG Odyssey was designed with privacy by default. We do not collect, harvest, store, transmit, or share any personal identifying information (PII).

---

## 1. Information We Do Not Collect

- No Personal Identifiers: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, physical addresses, or device unique identifiers (IDFA/UDID).
- No User Accounts: You do not need to register, create an account, or log in with social media or third-party identity providers to access any feature of the game.
- No Location Data: We do not request, track, or access your precise or approximate GPS location.
- No Third-Party Trackers or Analytics: We do not integrate third-party advertising SDKs, behavioural trackers, analytics packages (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, Facebook SDK), or user fingerprinting technologies.

---

## 2. On-Device Local Storage Only

All gameplay progress and game state data are stored exclusively on your local device using standard iOS local storage (UserDefaults / local filesystem):

- Sector and level progress (unlocked levels across Sectors 1–10)
- Star core ratings (3-star mission scores)
- Consumable inventory balances (Quantum Trajectory Hints balance)
- Custom sandbox configurations and field emitter presets
- Sound effect and haptic feedback toggles

None of this data is ever transmitted to external servers or accessible to us. If you delete the app or clear app data, local game progress will be removed from your device.

---

## 3. In-App Purchases (StoreKit 2)

All commercial transactions (such as the Cosmic Pro Pass, Quantum Hint Packs, and Cosmetic Skin Packs) are processed securely by Apple Inc. via Apple StoreKit.

- Payments are handled directly by Apple's secure infrastructure using your Apple ID payment method.
- We never collect, process, or have access to your credit card numbers, billing addresses, financial data, or Apple account credentials.
- Purchase validation and entitlement checks occur directly between your device and Apple's StoreKit servers.
- For information on Apple’s payment processing privacy practices, please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.

---

## 4. Hardware Sensors (CoreMotion)

ZeroG Odyssey features optional device tilt steering utilizing device hardware sensors (accelerometer and gyroscope) via Apple's CoreMotion framework:

- Sensor data is used exclusively in real time during active puzzle simulation to calculate relative directional gravity biases.
- Sensor calculations occur strictly in volatile local memory (RAM) at 60–120Hz.
- Sensor inputs are never logged, cached, saved to disk, or transmitted over any network.

---

## 5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)

ZeroG Odyssey is family-friendly and fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

- We do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Union).
- Because our app collects zero personal data from any user regardless of age, parents and guardians can rest assured that children's privacy is completely safeguarded.
