Mecha-Knight Privacy Policy

Mecha-Knight is an offline game. It does not require an account and does not include advertisements, tracking, developer analytics, or in-app purchases.

## Information stored on your device

The game stores your campaign checkpoint, best score, campaign completion status and sound preference locally. This information lets you continue playing and retain your settings. The game does not transmit this information to the developer.

Your operating system may include app data in device backups according to your device and account settings. Uninstalling the app removes its local data; copies in backups are controlled through the relevant backup service.

## Permissions and third parties

The game does not request access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts or location. It does not share player information with advertisers or analytics services.

Apple processes App Store purchases and may process diagnostics according to Apple's policies and your settings. Mecha-Knight does not receive your payment-card details.

## Support

If you email support@willhiggins.dev, the information you choose to send, including your email address and message, is used to respond to your request. Do not include sensitive personal information in support messages. You can request deletion of support correspondence by contacting the same address, subject to any applicable retention requirements.

## Children

The game does not ask players, including children, to submit personal information. A parent or guardian can contact support regarding a child's support correspondence.

## Changes

This policy will be updated if the game's data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
